C-PRAV participated in the National Workshop on “Learning from WRC-23 (Dubai), preparations for WRC-27 (Thailand),” organised by IAFI (ITU-APT Foundation of India) was held at Hotel Hyatt Centric, MG Road, Bangalore on February 22nd, 2024.

Workshop discussed:
Valuable insights on WRC-23, a stable and predictable regulatory environment for future investments, new radiocommunication technologies, issues related to the satellite services, applications to access the radio spectrum, WRC-27 Agenda Item 1.7, focusing on 6G spectrum, IMT bands under consideration, WRC-27 Mobile-satellite service (MSS), D2D (Device To Device), protection of the existing radiocommunication services, benefits of worldwide & regional spectrum harmonization and future spectrum studies etc.
The workshop was attended by more than 100 industry and government experts. Guest speakers were the senior government officials from DoT, WPC, ISRO, IN-SPACE and industry stalwarts from Reliance Jio, Qualcomm, Nokia, Ericsson, Tejas Networks, Viasat, GSOA, C-DOT, OneWeb, SpaceX and COAI including C-PRAV.
