Cancellation Policy

1. Objectives and Background
  • C-PRAV Certification Services Pty Ltd. is committed to providing the best service in a timely manner. We aim to accommodate your needs.
  • C-PRAV has a cancellation policy. If the project is cancelled a week in advance of starting the project, 50% of the fee will be refunded. Please inform us by 16:00 hours AEST 7 business days before start of testing or before start consulting work days prior to your scheduled appointment to notify us of any changes or cancellations.
  • If cancellation happens within 1 week of starting the project or after the date of project scheduled start date, we have a no refund policy.
  • We are implementing a straightforward cancellation policy to be upfront about all the costs you may face when engaging our services.
2. Cancellation Process

(a)  You may cancel by contacting us by:

(i) phone 03 9087 9383; and

(ii) email [email protected] or [email protected]

3. Extension policy

With prior notice of at least 7 days your project can be rescheduled to another date. Extension can be made 2 times only. Any further extension will be chargeable.

4. Acceptable circumstances for waiving refund policy

We understand that plans may change due to uncontrollable and external circumstances. Missed appointments for testing or consultation can be unintentional or may stem from an emergency, etc. Therefore, subjected to approval by C-PRAV Certification Services Pty Ltd., full or part refund for cancellation due to such circumstances may be considered if such evidence is supplied.

6. Agreement

Please sign that you have read, understood and consented to this Cancellation Policy. By signing, you understandthat you are holding a spot and you may be charged a cancellation fee if an appointment is canceled without providing notice at least 7 business days before start of testing or before start consulting work or if the appointment ismissed.
