Exemption of test parameters from PTP Grand Master ER

TEC has exempted till June 30, 2023 or till further orders for a few parameters from Precision Timing Protocol ER as there are no labs as yet designated in India to carry out testing which are as follows:

Profile for frequency synchronization
Profile for time and phase synchronization with full timing support
Profile for time and phase synchronization with partial timing support
Pulse Shape for 10 MHz Interface
